We are celebrating the 20th Anniversary of the Free Masons Riding Club in Lebanon, TN. from August 28 to Aug 31, 2025. This event is a great opportunity to meet new members from across the country, socialize with old friends and ride some beautiful back roads in Tennessee. Make plans now to join us for the weekend of Fun, Family and Fellowship.
The host hotel is the Avid Hotel by IHG, 120 Willard Hagan Dr, Lebanon, TN 37090. They have blocked 50 rooms for our group at $105/night. Reservations can be made by calling 615-307-6200.
When calling, press 1 for reservations, tell them you would like to book a room with the Free Masons Riding Club group. If you are an IHG rewards member (Holiday Inn), let them know.
To get the group discount, rooms must be booked before April 1, 2025. All unbooked rooms will be released on this date.
Cancellation policy: You may cancel your reservation up to 24 hrs prior to the event without charge.
The hotel is off I40, Exit 236. This about 30 minutes east of Nashville.
