2024 Minutes of Annual FMRC Meeting
The annual meeting of the Board of Directors and membership was held on August 30, 2024, at 6:00 PM at the Cedar Valley Inn located in Lebanon, TN..
Dennis D Cude welcomed everyone and thanked them for attending the 19th Annual FMRC Family Reunion.
Johnnie Hutchins conducted the drawing for door prizes
Steve Jarrell conducted an Auction for a $250 Gift Certificate and Metal Artwork donated by Johnnie Hutchins. All proceeded were donated to the FMRC Benevolence Fund.
All ladies and non-members were ask to leave the room by Dennis D Cude for the purpose of conducting the Annual Club business meeting.
The meeting was called to order by the Dennis D Cude (Natl Director)
Opening prayer was given by Bro. Jeff Scantland (National Chaplin)
Dennis D Cude introduced National Officers (3), State Captains (2) and our founder Dave Stanley (Bear). There were 26 members present.
Bro. Dennis D Cude thanked the Half Ashlars for organizing and sponsoring our 19th Annual Family Reunion.
Membership report from September 01, 2023 to September 1, 2024 was presented:

Bro. Chaplain (Jeff Scantland) said a prayer for our deceased Brothers.
Tennessee had held the Tenn State Meet and Greet in Tellico Plains, TN. The Half Ashlars chapter reported it was well attended. Members attending the event stated they had a great time and are looking forward to next year.
Bro. Dennis D Cude and Bro. David “MO” Phillips gave an update on Bro. Joe.Bingham (GloJoe)
Bro. Dennis D Cude reported the FMRC had paid a Royalty payment of $1513 to Dave Stanley (Bear) for use of the Free Masons Riding Club logo. Money was paid through PayPal (store@fmrc.us)
Bro. Dennis D Cude reported he had been paid $2481toward his loan to the club. New balance is $1552.49 owed.
Bro. Dennis D Cude gave an update on the new website for the club. The new FMRC Email program is working. Bro. Dennis is in the process of building email addresses for all the State Captains. Once this is complete, he will start building them for the Chapter Presidents.
The new email address and distribution list will eliminate the need for new officers to build an email distribution list in the future.
The FMRC Store is doing well. There have been many new items added to the store.
Dennis D Cude thanked Bro Clinton Stevens for designing our Family Reunion T-shirt for 2024. Bro. Clinton announced he is working on a design for our 20th Anniversary T-Shirt design for 2025.
The Texas M&G was held in Cedar Park, Texas May 3-5, 2024. The members visited Norton Moses for breakfast. The Texas Meet & Greet is schedule for May 2-4, 2024 in Leander/ Cedar Park, Texas. See the Website and Facebook page for additional information.
Bro. Dennis D Cude announce the FMRC will have a tent setup at the Texas Masonic Retirement Center Family Day (October 12, 2024) to answer questions and hand out information about the club. The FMRC will also have a cook-off team entered in the TMRC Family Day cook-ff this year.
Bro. Dennis D Cude encouraged all members to wear their vest or club t-shirts when riding or attending events. Participate in your lodge and visit area lodges frequently.

Chapter dues are to be paid by December 1, 2024
An updated Chapter Roster shall be sent twice a year to Dennis D Cude at fmrctx@gmail.com or ruger@freemasonsrc.com He should receive the first update by June 1st and the second by December 1st each year.
The traveling pig was presented to Bro. Johnnie Hutchins this year (TX). He road to Virginia then back to TN for the Family Reunion.
Bro. Chaplain led us in closing prayer.
