2022 Minutes of FMRC Annual Meeting
The annual meeting of the Board of Directors and membership was held on September 03, 2022 at 7:00 PM at the Regency Inn located in Eureka Springs, AR.
All ladies and non-members were ask to leave the room by Bro. Dennis D. Cude

Te meeting was called to order by the National Director.
Opening prayer was given by Bro. Jeff Scantland (National Chaplin)
Bro. Dennis D. Cude, Nat’l Director, introduced National Officers (4), State Captains (TX & MS)). There were 25 members present.
Membership report from September 01, 2021 to September 1, 2022 was presented – 30 new members. Total membership to date is 2080 members
Bro. Dennis D. Cude announced Tennessee had held their first State Meet and Greet in Portland, TN. The half Ashlars chapter reported it was well attended. Members attending the event stated they had a great time and are looking forward to next year.
Bro. Dennis D Cude reported the FMRC had paid a Royalty payment of $451 to Dave Stanley (Bear) for use of the Free masons Riding Club logo. Money was paid through Paypal (store@fmrc.us)
Bro. Dennis D Cude gave an update on the new website for the club. The primary website was changed from .info to .com. The admins are Beta testing the new email system. It was recommended to add a Donation button for making donations to the club benevolence fund.
Bro. Jeff Scantland gave a report on the National Benevolence fund. We have $4942.37 in the account. Brother LaFleur donated a Laser Etched Wooden piece and Brother Hutchins donated (5) Metal art pieces to be sold with proceeds benefitting the benevolence fund. Proceeds netted $741 raised for the benevolence fund.
Bro. Gianni Chiero read the list of Silent Riders and a moment of silence was observed.
Bro. Chris Jeanne laid down his working tools.
Bro. Gianni Chiero stressed the importance of going to the website, printing and filling out a copy of the Emergency Contact form and the Masonic Last Rites form.
The FMRC Store is doing well. An opportunity to place pre=orders for Club hoodies coming soon.
Dennis D Cude thanked Bro Clinton Stevens for designing our Family Reunion T-shirt for 2022. Bro. Clinton announced he is working on a design for 2023.
The Texas M&G was held in Glen Rose, Texas August 28 – May 1, 2022. The members visited Chalk Mountain Lodge for breakfast. A called meeting was opened on Saturday with the members present. (Chalk Mountain is one of 11 active Moonlight lodges remaining in Texas. The Texas Meet & Greet is schedule in Glen Rose, TX. For May 4-6, 2023.
Bro. Dennis D Cude announce the FMRC will have a tent setup at the Texas Masonic Retirement Center Family Day (October 8, 2022) to answer questions and hand out information about the club.
Bro. Dennis D Cude encouraged all members to wear their vest or club t-shirts when riding or attending events. Participate in your lodge and visit area lodges frequently.

Locations for the FMRC Family Reunion were proposed for Labor Day weekend 2023-2025. The two locations were Eureka Springs, AR. And Lebanon, TN The members voted to move the National Family Reunion to Lebanon, TN for the 2023-2025 years. The Family Reunion will be Labor Day weekend (Aug 31-Sept 3, 2023. Bro. MO Phillips will contact the host hotel to block a group of rooms
The traveling pig was presented to Bro. Erik Hobbs (Eldorado, TX)
