2021 Annual FMRC Family Reunion Minutes

1730 hr – Sgt at Arms ask the Ladies and Non Members to leave the room.
1731 hr – Sgt at Arms called meeting to order
1731 hr – Chaplin gave opening prayer
1732 hr – Nat’l Dir led Pledge of Allegiance
1735 hr – Nat’l Director introduced National Officers, State Captains (TX, TN, MI, MO)
1736 hr – Nat’l Director announced appointment of Bro. Derrick Olive as State Captain for Mississippi
1738 hr – Introduction of Chapter Officers and members present. (30 members)

Membership report from Sept 1, 2020 to Sept 1, 2021 – 44 new members
Last 3 years – 150 new members, Total Membership: 2050

Website update: Working on completion of new email system, added Masonic Last Rites Form to website, add a Donation button to enable donations to the Benevolence Fund, upgrade Ladies Aux website
Bro. Jeff Scantland gave a report on the Benevolence Fund. We have $3700 in the account.

Chapter Dues will be paid online this year. Watch for an email with an invoice for Chapter Dues the first part of October.

Members voted to return to Eureka Springs, AR for 2022.

We have Blocked 30 rooms and the 3 bedroom house for 2022.

Announced the Texas M&G will be Apr 28 – May 1, 2022 in Glen Rose, Texas
Bro. Johnnie Hutchins donated a metal art piece for the 16th Annual FMRC Family Reunion. It was voted to present it to Bro. Bear Stanley. Bro MO Phillips will deliver it to Bear.
The traveling pig was presented to Bro. Scott Carnell (State Captain – MI)
National Director presented Bro. Mike Grubbs (XIIVolt) with a Masonic Guardian Bell
Bro. Derrick Olive presented Bro. Chris Delay (Scoot) NSgt at Arms with a new Club Shirt.
Bro. Chaplain led us in closing prayer.
2027 hr – Meeting closed with peace and harmony prevailing.
